Tehmash activities: the full cycle of wastewater treatment

Zavod Tehmash is not just an equipment supplier but a full-cycle engineering company in the field of wastewater treatment and drainage in Uzbekistan. We take on the whole path: from designing treatment facilities and developing technological solutions to manufacturing equipment, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance. This integrated approach means that a single contractor is responsible for the result on site.

What our wastewater treatment services include

Our activities cover every stage of building and operating treatment facilities and sewage pumping stations. Each area is a separate service, but together they form a single cycle where every next stage builds on the previous one.

Design of treatment facilities

Every project starts with sound design of sewage and treatment facilities: technical specification, calculations and project documentation. A correctly designed treatment scheme is the foundation for equipment that works efficiently and meets the discharge standards.

Development of technological solutions

For non-standard sites we develop individual technological solutions for wastewater treatment: we select the treatment stages and equipment for the specific composition of the effluent and the discharge requirements. This is especially important for industrial plants where standard schemes do not fit.

In-house production of equipment

We manufacture wastewater treatment equipment at our own plant. This lets us control quality, build equipment to the individual parameters of a site and keep a reasonable price with no middlemen.

Installation and commissioning

Our own installation and commissioning teams set up and start treatment facilities and pumping stations. The equipment is not simply delivered but put into operation and brought to its design performance.

Maintenance of treatment facilities

After start-up we provide maintenance for treatment facilities and SPS: scheduled inspections, servicing of equipment and prompt response. Regular service extends the life of the equipment and protects against emergency discharges and fines.

Turnkey treatment facilities

A separate service of the plant is delivering treatment facilities on a turnkey basis. The customer receives a ready, working site: we survey the object, design the wastewater treatment scheme, manufacture the equipment, deliver it, install it, start it up and hand it over with a warranty. This format is convenient when a company has no in-house engineering team and needs one responsible contractor for the whole drainage project.

Why an integrated approach pays off

When design, production, installation and service are handled by one company, the customer avoids the main problem — coordinating different contractors. There is no situation where the designer blames the installers and the equipment supplier blames both. We are fully responsible for the result, which means the site reliably reaches its working mode and stays there.
